We cultivate transformative connections to self, community, and nature through mindful seasonal cooking experiences that honor the sacred relationship between food, well-being, and the rhythms of the earth.
Sacred Nourishment is a new collaborative project being grown by Sabra Saperstein of Mandala and Jonah Fertig-Burd of InterRooted.
In 2025, we are offering seasonal workshops for the spring and fall equinoxes and summer and winter solstices. We are also developing collaborations with local organizations.
Save the Date for our Next Workshop: June 28th at Celebration Tree Farm & Wellness Center
We nurture holistic well-being through mindful culinary experiences that reconnect people with themselves, each other, and the earth. By honoring seasonal rhythms and celebrating the transformative power of food, we create sacred spaces where participants discover balance, gratitude, renewal, and awakening through collaborative cooking and communal eating.

Our experiential workshops invite participants to engage with nature’s offerings while cultivating inner wisdom, fostering meaningful connections, and embracing the cyclical journey of growth and nourishment. Through guided practices of presence, gratitude and intention, we transform the act of cooking into a meditative journey of self-discovery and collective joy.
We believe in the profound wisdom contained within seasonal ingredients and traditional food preparation methods. Each gathering celebrates not only the flavors of the moment but also our place within the greater web of life that sustains us.
Our mission extends beyond the kitchen, inspiring participants to carry these practices of mindfulness, gratitude, and connection into their daily lives. We aim to nurture a community of individuals who approach food with reverence, who understand its power to heal and unite, and who recognize that in honoring our food, we honor ourselves and all living beings.
